These Items are made for outside the waist band (OWB) carry.  Sheath comes with 2 Malice Clips, which will accommodate belts up to 1.75 inches. The sheaths are molded and contour to the body for a slim fit/look. Please take note of the carry side (Right/Left) as they can only be carried on one side unless you plan to cross draw.  For instance, if you are wanting to carry the sheath on the left side of the body you would order LEFT.  If you are wanting to carry on the left side but want a cross draw you would need to order a RIGHT sheath.
